Young Eminem went through a hard time making a name in a industry where he was all alone. He had no father and so he had to do several odd jobs to help his broke mother. At the age of 16, Eminem worked at a factory called Gibbs Machinery.  There he swept floors and took out trash. He also worked as a cook at a family restaurant in Michigan.

Hugh Jackman

Hugh Jackman hasn't always been the tough guy we see in Wolverine. In fact, Hollywoods's most dashing mutant, once played a much more jollier role - that of a clown. Hugh Jackman used to dress as Coco, the clown at children parties. According to him,
“I was Coco the Clown and I had no magic tricks and I remember a six-year-old standing up at a party saying 'Mummy this clown is terrible, he doesn't know any tricks' and he was right."

Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp may be today's most versatile actor in Hollywood but he once held a not so awesome job. The man behind Captain Jacksparrow in 'The pirates of the Caribbean' was once a pen salesman. He used to call customers in an attempt to convince them to buy pen from him.

The star of 'Moneyball' once earned a living by dressing as a chicken for El Pollo Loco chicken restaurant. He also worked in the stripper industry, not as a stripper, but as a limo driver.

Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone, the commando in Rambo, was as intrepid in real life as he showcases in his movies. Although his real life involved no firearms, he sure spent days along side some real beasts. In his young days, the hunk made ends meet by cleaning lion cages in the central zoo. Probably that's where he got all his moxy.

Jon Hamm

Jon Hamm, before playing the womanizing Don Draper in tv series "Mad Men", actually worked in the porn industry. He used to dress porn sets before being casted in a play which actually revealed his true talents. He recalls:
“I’m sure there are more terrible day jobs in L.A. (but) it was horribly depressing.”
